An prosecutor says that the eldest son of Norway’s Crown Princess has been accused of 32 crimes, including four rape cases.
The allegations against 28 -year -old Marias Borg Hobby include misuse of a former partner and stopping orders against another former partner.
He was born from a relationship before Crown Princess Met-Marit, who marries Crown Prince Hakone, who is the king of the future of Norway.
Mr. Hobby denied the most serious allegations against him, but plans to convict some less allegations when the test began, his lawyer Petar Seculark told the Reuters News Agency.
He can face a prison of up to 10 years if found guilty of the most serious allegations.
Prosecutor Sterla Heinricusbo told reporters, they have also been accused of filming many women’s genitals without their knowledge or consent.
According to Reuters, Mr. Seculark said about his client, “He does not agree with claims about rape and domestic violence.”
Four alleged rapes are said to be between 2018 and 2024, one of them reportedly after his arrest, reported the Norwegian Public Broadcaster NRK.
Shri Hobby, who does not have royal title or official duties, was arrested in three different times last year, August, September and November last year. He was investigating since the arrest of August on suspicion of the attack. In June, the police said it suspected three rapes and 23 other crimes.
The prosecutor said that the test could be held in January and may last for a few six weeks.
