A Florida-based woman operates a Facebook group with over 2,000 members, organizing a “meat up” throughout the country-and shared her passion with Fox News Digital.
Ellen Fried’s Facebook Group, “Ellen Loves Pastami,” has a simple mission – “to find restaurants that still take time to make their own pastimes.” (Watch the video on top of this article.)
The 66 -year -old Fried, Atlantic City, grew up near New Jersey, but now the Delray Beach, Florida, Ghar says. She hosted the “Meat Ups” – as she calls them – from all over the country, from South Florida to South California.
This amazing southern city has been held in America’s best food tourism.
After meeting David Sachs, “Save the Daily: In Sev the Daily: In Search of Perfect Pastmy, Crusty Rai and The Heart of Jews Delistson”, after signing a book, Fried decided to start his own group for Daily lovers in 2009.
She also manages several other Facebook groups, including “Ellen Loves Burger,” “Ellen Loves Beef Ribs, Briscate and Stake” and “Fried Loves Fried Chicken”.

“But the pastmi group is the one who seems to be the most popular and most sparkle group,” Fried told Fox News Digital.
“Everyone likes to talk about their favorite pastmi and this place is not as good as it used to happen and blocked and blocked, blin, blocked, you are the most touched to the nerves.”
Other “meat ups” are held in Philadelphia, Las Vegas and New York City, where Fried has manufactured “small contingent”.

“Years ago, when we were growing up, we really did not need to think much about where we are going to the pastor,” Fried remembered. “We always had a good pastomy in the local neighborhood Delis, but now it is difficult and difficult.”
78 -year -old Jeff Lanigan told Fox News Digital that he met Fried in 2015, who was in New York Daily, Herold in Edison, New Jersey.

Lenigan divides his time between New Jersey and South Florida and said that he tries to participate in many of his “meat up” because he is capable.
He and his wife participated in Fried’s most recent “Meat Up” in April, who was at Ben’s Kosher Delisteson in Boca Ratton, Florida.
“This is a social phenomenon and we love it,” Lenigan said.

So what is the attraction of this specific daily meat?
“I like corn beef, too, but I think the pastmi has an additional Spicing level and it’s a good resting food,” said Fried. He said that it is “very easy” to find good burgers across the country.

“It is more complicated to find the pastmi.”
Lanigan was fried to helping “Earth’s salt” and preserve the daily culture.

“She always manages to find good in wherever she is,” she said.
This is a feeling that is clearly shared by a large group of daily meat lovers, especially when it comes to pastami.
“Some people like it fatty. Some like it. Some like it spicy,” Lenigan said. “There are many different tastes for this, but everyone enjoys it.”
