Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested an illegal immigrant from Guatemala when he was a few hours after being released by road island officials despite several child sexual offenses allegations and being in an active ice custody.
According to the snow, Jose Santiago Perez Gomez, who is illegally living in the US, was accused of giving protection of a minor for commercial sexual activity, a child’s pornographic urge and purchase of sexual conduct for a fee.
Partsmouth Police Department arrested Perez Gomez on 12 July on those allegations. Ice said in a news release that Ice Boston immediately filed an immigration in custody, but the police did not honor it, and Perez Gomez was released after hours.
Partsmouth Police did not immediately respond to the request of Fox News Digital for remarks.

Earlier, in the day, Ice Boston officials arrested Perez Gomez on allegations of immigration violation and served him with a notice to appear before the immigration judge of the Department of Justice Department.
An ICE spokesman said that Fox News Digital Perez Gomez has posed a “clear threat” for children.
“Jose Santiago Perez Gomez has accused some disgusting and disturbing crimes and represents a clear threat to the children of our road island communities,” Petricea Hyde, director of the office of the acting area of ice enforcement and removal operation, has written in a statement.
“Questioning an alleged child sexual criminal in many days of his arrest arises: what is the matter of arresting him?
“Fortunately, snow brave men and women were able to remove this criminal foreign pedophiles from our streets, where local authorities allowed them to be resumed potentially.”

According to ICE, he was not inspected, recruited or paraded by the American Immigration Officer.
