Several world champions Ricky Hatan have announced their return to boxing 13 years after retiring from the game.
Manchester’s Haton, which turned 47 in October, will fight the UAE EISA al -Dah in Dubai on December 2 in the Middleweight Bout.
The fight was announced during a show promoted by Al Dah in Dubai on Sunday, in which Honaton confirmed his return through the Livestream.
Haton, who won the world title in welterweight and light-welterweight, revealed that he should have been in Dubai, but could not accidentally appear after injuring his eye with his sunglasses.
Haton said, “I wish I was there, but there was a bad injury to my eyes. The main thing is that there will be a fight and I cannot wait, I am really eager for it.”
“It’s just a strange thing of them, I have caught one of my sunglasses in my eyes and I am very lucky that it is not a permanent harm. It is just scrapping the surface, so we have crossed the fingers and we are good to go.”
