White House spokesman Anna Kelly on Friday cited Trump’s previous comments, saying, “Bolsonaro and his supporters are attacking him with an armed court system.”
On Thursday, Trump shared a letter that he sent to Bolsoro.
“I have seen that the terrible treatment that is receiving the hands of an unjust system has turned against you. This test should be finished immediately!” He has written.
Mores said in his judgment that the sanctions against Bolsono were due to the allegations that the former President was trying to interfere with the “head of a foreign nation” in the Brazilian courts, which the judge called the national sovereignty.
