Alex Salmond colleagues have rejected the suggestion of Nicola Sturgeon that they have leaked details about the investigation of sexual misconduct claims against him.
Salmond was removed from 13 sexual offenses allegations in 2020, including an attempt to rape, but during the test his lawyer admitted that his customer could “be a better man”.
In his upcoming memoir, clearly, the sturgeon refused to release details about the investigation, or had any knowledge about any knowledge. But he said that it would have been a “classic alex”, which would be behind the leak.
Alba party leader Kenny McCill called him “hypocrisy”, while former party general secretary, Chris McLeny described the claim of the pre-SNP leader as “construction”.
Sturgeon made Sylmond successful as the first minister in 2014 He resigned In March 2023.
In 2019, a judicial review concluded that the scottish government’s investigation into the alleged misconduct of the government was clear, inappropriate and clear prejudice.
Salmond, who Last October died due to heart attackLater was awarded for more than £ 500,000 in legal expenses.
He left SNP in 2018 and formed the Alba Party, a pro -freedom in 2021.

The former SNP minister posted on social media: “It is one thing that your autobiography should be clearly clear.
“When in the office and by those people, you support another one more to block openness and transparency.
“This hypocrisy is another reason for investigating the works of the Scottish government belonging to Alex Salmond.”
Meanwhile, Chris McCleni claimed that the investigation was a “sewing” and that many public bodies “conspired to jail”.
He said: “Alex Salmond gave an SNP government, an SNP majority and a freedom referendum, while Nicola Sturgeon did not give anything for the national cause.
“Nicola feels that she can now create her version of truth that Alex is no longer here, but the reality is that her book will end in a bargaining basket while Alex Salmond will live in the pages of Scottish history books.”
Journalist David Clag broke the story about the Salmond investigation on being the political editor of The Daily Record.
He told BBC Scotland The Sunday show He did not believe that there was any truth in the leak claims of the sturgeon.
Cleag, now the editor of the courier, said: “I think a conspiracy theory is far away.
“But I think it reflects the level of doubt and a deep rift that was formed before his death between Alex Salmond and Nicola Sturgeon.”
He said that when the story emerged, the “factual account” was placed in his book, break-up, which he co-written with journalist Keran Andrews.
Clog recalled: “A document changed in the posts in record offices.
“This claims were summarized and during that evening we had to certify them and work whether they were valid.
“There are some secrets and speculation clearly what happened seven years ago and how it happened.
“But if it was Alex Salamund, who had leaked it, when I called him to keep the claims that night, he did an unreasonable performance of surprised and shocked.
“I have heard this from people close to Nikola Sturgeon before this and it is not always considered reliable and I would be very surprised if it had been a matter.”
Asked if he knows the source of leakage, Clog said: “I am thinking many nights who have sent it and I have some doubt and guess in the years – but the truth is that I am not sure who it was.”
Published in your book extract The Sunday TimesNicola Sturgeon also dismissed the suggestions of a “conspiracy” between the Crown Office against the Scottish government, civil service, complainants and Salmond.
“I think it’s fictional as well,” said Mr. Clayg.
“In general, I am always the most likely that the simplest explanation is probably the most likely.
“And it would be that someone thought that this information was in public interest and was worried that it was being covered, so tried to take it out.”
Sturgeon had previously talked about Sylmond in one Financial time interview In January, where he said he would “be really fat on people.”
Salamond’s widow, Moira later said that comments about her husband caused the family to “great crisis”.
At that time, he said: “The attacks on the dead will seem to be many inappropriate.
“My wish, and honest hope, is that these attacks will stop now.”
The second is the second to be published by the memoir of sturgeon.
At first, me, Published in Times On Saturday, the former first minister described his arrest by the police who investigated the finance of the SNP by the police, which was the worst day of his life.
Sturgeon is being questioned by detectives as part of the Operation Branchform.

Alex Salamond and Nicola Sturgeon once formed a combined partnership, which dominated SNP and then Scottish politics.
He brought Scotland within the distance of independence in 2014.
This was something that some supporters of independence were not possible so soon a few years ago.
The latest extracts from Nicola sturgeon’s memoirs are reminiscent of the brilliant transplant of their relationship.
It also rules the question of Alex Salmond’s legacy.
His friends and political colleagues have wanted to restore his public reputation since he was acquitted in 2020.
Many – but not all – those closest to them are no longer prominent within the SNP, but still there are powerful voices within the freedom movement or Alba party, which was established by Salmond.
First Minister John Swine – who was also an important person in Salamand’s administration as Finance Secretary – wants to pursue the SNP and pursue the road.
But nine months from the Scottish election, some people would be surprised that an explosive account of the end of the relationship in the heart of SNP will make an explosive account for the party’s possibilities of re -election.
