New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday issued a petition in a petition in a petition in a petition in a petition in a petition in a petition in a petition in a petition in a petition in a petition issued a court notice to three lawyers to another judge for another judge.A bench of Chief Justice Brai and K Vinod Chandran gave an exception to the arguments in the transfer petition and said, “At a time when we are saving lawyers from receiving summons, we cannot allow our judges to be put in the dock.The bench said, “Not only the cases will face contempt of court proceedings not only to make such allegations, but the lawyers preparing such allegations will also be responsible for the contempt of the court.” The bench issued a notice to the lawyer-petitioner, the lawyer prepared the petition and advocate-on-record, under which the petition was filed.The bench ordered, “The reasons should be given as to why the court proceedings should not be made against you (three advocates). The petitioner-supervised and the other two advocates will be present in the court to face contempt proceedings on 11 August.” However, the bench said that if real apology is sought, they would be considered on the next date of hearing.
