Jetlag is a sleeping disorder that is caused by traveling in different time areas in both international and domestic travel.
According to the Editor of Flying Brunilda Nazriyo, MD, Medical Affairs, in many cases may take a toll on the body including dehydration, leg inflammation and jetlag.
“Jet lag, a very common symptom of long journey, is much higher than many days of excessive sleep or insomnia,” Nazriyo said.
