Prohibition, known as “nationwide prohibitory orders”, has been a source of disappointment as judges with the plaintiff to President Donald Trump and blocks the major parts of the President’s agenda.
The case arose from issuing prohibition from several judges, which stopped Trump from executing his congenital citizenship plan. Instead of asking the Supreme Court to weigh the qualities of the scheme, which has been rejected equally in courts, Trump asked the High Court to stop prohibitory practice.
The Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision left the possibility that judges and the plaintiff could use other routes, such as class action cases, the High Court has now curbed nationwide prohibitions in search of comprehensive relief.

Age verification of clear websites
The Supreme Court allowed Texas to require age verification for users of pornographic websites that deal with a win for those who prevent children from reaching clear material online.
A business association for the porn industry brought the case, alleging age needs that the state was unconstitutionally regulating free speech on the Internet.
“This is a major victory for the ability of children, parents and states, which is to protect the minors from the harmful effects of online pornography,” Texas Attorney General Kane Pasteon said in a statement. “Companies have no right to expose children to pornography and they should establish proper age verification measures.”
