A date has been set for the testing of three children who accused a person of killing a person in Kent.
A 16 -year -old girl and two boys aged 14 and 15, will face tests from 13 January 2026.
Teenagers, who cannot be nominated due to their age, appeared in Medstone Crown Court on Thursday.
Police said 49-year-old Alexander Cashford of Kent was declared dead on the spot in Lesdown-On-C on the Isle of Shape on Sunday.
A glass bottle and rocks were thrown into this attack, the court heard.
The prosecution said that the cause of Mr. Cashford’s death was currently inconclusive, as he feels that “medical episodes such as cardiac arrest” have been faced.

A petition for 6 November and the date of testing preparation have been set.
A 12 -year -old girl was arrested on Tuesday in Basildon, Essex, who was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of killing and assisting criminals.
He has been granted bail while continuing the investigation.
Meanwhile, the BBC has learned that Mr. Cashford has been guilty of staring and committing crimes.
On March 17, he blamed the Medway Magistrate Court for including a serious alarm or crisis.
At the beginning of that month, an allegation related to an incident where he followed the house of a young woman from her work to her house in Gilingham.
He was sentenced to a month -old curfew, wearing an electronic tag for six months and banning him from entering the Hempster Valley Shopping Center.
Mr. Cashford convicted three driving crimes in the Medway Magistrate Court.
They were using a motor vehicle without third-party insurance, failure to stop a vehicle when a constable or traffic warden was ordered to do so, and a registration document was used.
