Texas attorney general Ken Paxon Recently announced an inquiry into over 100 potential nonsuctions, who allegedly cast at least 200 ballots in 2020 and 2022 election cycles.
According to a news release, most of the suspected illegal ballot papers made by potential nonsuctions were included in Harris County, but Pasteon’s office is also examining possible examples using information from Texas Secretary at Guadalup, Cameron and Eastland counties.
The discovery was made possible by an executive order signed by President Donald Trump, directing the Homeland Security Department (DHS) to provide the Save Database of American citizenship and immigration service to the states.

Pasteon is running against a Republican partner Republican John Cornin In Senate Primary, said that Texas, who illegally vote, would be held accountable.
Pasteon said, “Illegal aliens and foreign nationals should not be allowed to affect Texas elections by casting illegal ballot papers with impureness. I will not allow it to continue,” Paxton said in the release.

He said, “Thanks to President Trump’s decisive action, to help the states protect the ballot box, the investigation would help Texas get non -accreditation for illegal voting in the US elections,” he continued. “If you are a nonsuctogen that illegally cast a ballot, you will face the full strength of the law.”
In June, Paxton opened an inquiry into an additional 33 potential nonsuction, who allegedly voted illegally in the 2024 general election.

Electoral inquiry highlights the alleged illegal voting by nonsense and double voters in many states.
