Police said a 5 -year -old boy died in Georgia, when he wandered into a lake near his family holiday house.
According to the office of Town County Sheriff, on Tuesday afternoon, a tragic death came to light near a house on a Stoncrest Circle in Hiawasi on the banks of Lake Chatuz.
Police said, “The investigation revealed that the child was missing for about 10 minutes and apparently wandered into the lake where he was found by a family member,” the police said. “The family was here at a rented house from Cumming, GA.”
When the depot arrived, “he found that the child was pulled from the lake,” the Town County Sheriff Office continued.
