Modas: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Gujarat has become “corrupt” and has developed an ego after being in power in the state for a long time, claiming Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday.The former Delhi Chief Minister accused the opposition Congress and the ruling BJP is “together” in Gujarat, and they have been running a coalition government in the state for the past several years.He said, “The BJP is the most corrupt. It is not taking the money behind the cattle by paying full price for its milk,” he said while addressing a gathering of dairy farmers in Modasa Town in Aravalli district of Gujarat.
The AAP leader said, “For milk you go to sell in dairy cooperatives, they pay you according to fat kilograms. But I have learned that if you have 7.5 per kg of fat in your milk, they pay you only 7 per kg of fat and thousands of pockets,” the AAP leader kept you.Former CM Dairy was speaking about farmers who sell milk to the Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF), which marketers their products under the brand name Amul.Dairy cooperative societies should actually be controlled by farmers, but BJP leaders have managed these bodies in Gajrat, the bureaucrat-royalty.“Corrupt BJP leaders who control these dairy cooperative societies are taking your money. Dairy farmers had to start a movement after the announcement of a small bonus this year (by Sabar Dairy – a GCMMF component).
