Ranchi: During the monsoon session, the MLA of the ruling India block of Jharkhand decided to pass a resolution against the special intensive amendment (SIR) of the election role in the assembly.
The coalition also decided to give “logical answers to the opposition’s question” during the session.
The monsoon session will start from Friday and end on 7 August. There will be five working days.
The reporters, who presided over the coalition meeting on Thursday, said Chief Minister Hement Soren, “Many issues were discussed during the meeting, including Sir issues in Bihar. India’s block is against the decision of the Election Commission, and we also oppose it.”
CM said that he also discussed how the constitutional institutions were being “misused” by the Center.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Radhakrishna Kishore said that he has decided to pass a resolution against SIR in the assembly during the session.
Soren said that he will also raise his voice to increase in separate Sarna Religious Code and OBC reservation.
Kishore said that all members have been asked to be prepared to give “logical answers to all opposition questions”.
The main opposition BJP will decide its strategy for the monsoon session during the meeting of its legislature party on Friday. Earlier, speaker Rabindranath Mahato held an all-party meeting and hoped to cooperate with all members for a smooth and successful session.
