New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi is listed as one of the speakers in the upcoming UNGA session, suggesting that he could visit the US in SEPT. According to the GA-80s session, the Indian head of speakers is slaughtered to address the assembly on 26 September according to the General Debate provisional list.While the names of the speakers are mentioned after consultation with the concerned country, leaders maintain the option to withdraw someone else to withdraw in later date and make a national statement. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar addressed the 79th UNGA General Debate last year. Modi visited the United Nations last year and addressed the future GA summit. In recent times, he has addressed the general debate in 2019, 2020 and 2021.Modi has a busy schedule in the next few months, with trips to China and Japan later next month.
