Ghana has joined Lae Liga Club Villarial after his release from International Thomas Part Arsenal.
The 32 -year -old, who signed a Arsenal in the £ 45M deal with Atlatico Madrid in 2020, left the gunars when their contract ended in late June.
Four days later, the part was accused of five rape cases against two women and sexual harassment against a third woman.
The party, who deny the allegations, was granted conditional bail in the Westminster Magistrate Court on Tuesday.
Under the conditions of bail, the part should not contact any of the three women and the police should inform about any permanent change of addresses or international travels.
In a statement, Villarial said: “The club is aware that the player is currently involved in legal proceedings in England.
“The player strongly maintains his innocence and denies all the allegations against him.
“The club respects the basic principle of estimates of innocence and will wait for the result of the judicial process, which will be responsible for clarifying the facts of the case.
“The club is unable to comment further due to the law in England in connection with the ongoing proceedings.”
