Thousands of EE and Bt customers have reported that they are unable to call or receive mobile phone networks as outage.
Outgery tracker dowtector, who depends on the self-reported user data, was experiencing the outage of more than 2,500 EE customers on 1400 BST, with several other networks with reporting several issues with other networks.
However, Vodafone and three have confirmed the BBC that they do not have network issues.
A spokesman of BT, who owns EE, apologized and said the firm is “currently addressing the issue affecting our services”.
“We are working immediately to fix this issue and will provide another update as soon as possible,” he said.
Other networks have seen spikes in the outage report on the dowtector – but it is likely to be a customer from the network unable to connect to EE or BT phone number.
Social media users are posting about the disadvantage of services of both EE and BT mobile and landline services.
The BT group has more than 30 million customers in the UK and made £ 20.4BN revenue in the last financial year.
