PA mediaTwo women and one person who prosecuted the terrorist group Palestine Action, which is prosecuted after a protest in Central London, has been accused of showing support for Palestine Action.
The Metropolitan police said 71 -year -old Jeremy Shippam of West Sussex, 71 -year -old Judit Murray of Surrey, and 53 -year -old Fiona McClen of Hakni are scheduled to appear in the Westminster Magistrate Court on 16 September.
The three were arrested in a protest on 5 July in Westminster.
Supporting Palestine’s action is a criminal offense, with membership or support for the group to be supported for a jail sentence up to 14 years.
Allegations come to London’s Parliament Square before a planned protest in support of the group on Saturday afternoon, in which the organizers expected more than 500 people to appear.
Dominic Murphy, the chief commander of the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command, said about Thursday’s arrest, “We are also planning to send a case file for the other 26 people arrested on the same day for Crown Prosecution Services.
“I would advise anyone to plan to come to London at the end of this week to show support for Palestine’s action to think of the potential criminal results of their actions.”
The group has won permission to challenge its controversial ban.
The High Court on July 30 ruled that the group intends, which had a break-in break-in to the defense firms associated with Israel as part of direct action protest.
