President Donald Trump said that a ceasefire agreement was not necessary, when a high-dawn meeting at the White House with Ukrainian President Vlodomire Zelanski was pressurized about his administration’s efforts to end the war between Russia and Ukraine during a high-dawn meeting on Monday.

Trump has noted other peace agreements this year, such as a peace agreement between Congo and the Democratic Republic of Rwanda in June, and the Armenia -Azerbaijan peace agreement was signed earlier this month.

Trump first avoided the ceasefire agreements as he worked to secure peace in other countries earlier this year, such as in May when he ended the struggle of India and Pakistan through a ceasefire.
