Social media feeds across Australia were with footage of UFOs flying over Queensland and North New South Wales on 30 July.
But experts say that what people really saw was a Chinese rocket because it passed over Australia.
Professor Jonty Horner was able to be seen from his home state with a launch of 8 March rocket from his home state. Rockets are used to launch satellites for the Chinese state -owned Internet network.
