A federal judge in Boston on Monday stopped the Trump administration from abolishing the federal Medicade reimbursement for the nationwide parenthood clinic, deciding that the effort is unconstitutional and the group’s first modification is in violation of security.

The administration has also succeeded in filing emergency orders in the Supreme Court. Earlier this month, the High Court has ruled in cases filed in favor of Trump through “shadow doors” or in cases filed through emergency application.
