A person who broke the windows of a disabled couple, as he gave shelter to his nervous pregnant partner.
The nine -month -old Lewis Armstrong’s girlfriend demanded a sanctuary at her neighbor’s house because she feared that she would attack her, hearing by the Newcastle Crown Court.
Vinelton, 29 -year -old Gateshead, twice turned and broke his windows and on an occasion, killing a man in the ribs with a rock, listened by the court.
Armstrong, who had a history of violence, including attacking the previous partner, accepted criminal damage and attack and was jailed for five months.
Armstrong and the woman, who was pregnant with 10 weeks with her child, had a “disturbed” relationship, which ended in February, said prosecutor Antonia AD.
After an argument on 5 February, she feared that she would get angry, the woman went to live with her neighbors, a handicapped couple in the 60s and 70s, the court heard.
‘Threatened to kill’
Ms. Eddie said that she repeatedly knocked on her door and demanded the woman to come out, but when no one responded, Armstrong threw a rock through the living room window, threw a rock, broke the glass and killed the man inside the ribs, Ms. AD said.
The next afternoon, Armstrong’s partner was sleeping on his bed when he woke up to find him to kill him, listened by the court.
The court heard that she shouted and she returned to her neighbors’ homes, the court heard.
Later on 6 February, he went to the neighbors flat twice, threatened to take oath and kill them on the first occasion, and on the second, shattered many large glass pans around the house and carried out her threats by shattering, Ms. Adi said.
‘Violent history’
The couple said that she was “petridified” and now the former-partner of Armstrong said that she was starting her life completely, where she could not find her.
The court heard that he had 16 guilty for 36 crimes, including attacking another partner, for which he was jailed for four months in 2024.
Records Shufat Khan said that this “clear” in Armstrong was “issues with jealousy and anger” and drugs, such as cocaine, and he was attacking the woman refusing to refuse to see her.
Hayden View was also designed from preventing orders to ban Armstrong, contacting his victims or neighbors for five years.
The court heard that Armstrong would probably be released immediately from prison as he was held on remand from February, counting his punishment over time.
