GOP Texas’s state Senator Middonon told Fox News Digital that the bet may not be high for the Battle of Republican’s redistribution with Democrats in Texas, arguing that an attempt to re -prepare the map in Texas could save America. “
Middleton reported that if the results of the 2026 mid-term elections lead to another razor-thread majority for the Republican, the Congress will “know” that the Texas Refrigeration Bill was responsible for the GOP that was responsible for maintaining its power. Meanwhile, despite the efforts of Democrats to stop the attempt to prevent GOP redistribution attempts, Middleton expressed very little concern that anything would happen with these challenges.
“Literally, this redistribution bill can save the entire country. That is why this fight is very important to me,” said Middleton. “I will fight with me to ensure that this map becomes law, and we get those five more Republican seats … it can really save America.”

Despite the stakes, according to Middleton, he did not express concern about the efforts of Democrats to challenge the Republican Recovery Bill, including dozens of Texas House Democrats who run away from the state to prevent the legislature from being able to do the official business while running from the state.
He called his challenge “meritless”, which pointed to litigation from his home county in Galveston, which found that the “alliance district” – were in violation of the district -voting rights act formed by a combination of several minority groups to reach the majority. As a result, Democrats cannot claim an obligation to create such districts to preserve minority minority voting power.
“Before deciding the case of petawwe, basically you can combine various minority groups simultaneously under 50% and then, under 50%. [Democrats’] The explanation of the Voting Rights Act, he said it was a protected district, “Middleton explained.” And it actually began when the Galveston County Commissioner Court rejected, and the final Democrat was dropped from the office in the commissioner court, and he filed a case and said that he was a racist. But still, after a long time, perhaps a month later, Harris County redistributed and thrown out a Republican, and he said it was fine. So it shows you the ridiculous hypocrisy on the left side in this case. ,

The Civil Arrest Warrant was issued earlier this week in an attempt to force the Democrats absent by the Texas House Republican majority, but they are only implemented within the state lines and do not lead the time of the gel, as the warrants are not criminals. Nevertheless, the Texas Republican Attorney General Kane Pasteon called a court in Illinois, where a large self -self of the Texas House Democrats fled to implement the warrant against Democrats.
In addition to blocking the Texas Republic’s redistribution bill, the migration of Texas Democrat is disrupting the important law by making its way through the Legislature, Middleton told Fox News Digital.

Middleton is conducting a bill, the Senate Bill 7, which aims to prevent all-women spaces from being used by organic men, identified as transgender women. Others include taxpayer-funded lobbying, an election-procurement enforcement bill and a ban on the important flood relief law.
“These are conservative priorities we were elected to meet. And Democrats, of course, are illegal that are illegal,” Middleton argued. “Clearly, they are doing it in such a way that their office will be vacated if they do not return.”
