A court has heard that a builder accused a fraud of over £ 2m, which spends £ 28,650 on a Rolex Watch, while chasing for payment by suppliers, is heard by a court.
56 -year -old Mark Kilik has been accused of 46 cases of fraud in the West country between December 2019 and November 2021 – all of whom refuse – related to incomplete renewal.
Mr. Killic – also known as Mark Cole – bought several luxury watches and stayed several times at Luxury Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, Wales, told to the gamblers in the Bristol Crown Court.
At the Samarset, the builder of Paulton told the police that he had always intended to complete the work, and he bought the watches so that they could be given to help cashflow.
The court heard that many different luxury watches were rescued during 2020 and 2021 during 2020 and 2021.
He told the police that some of his trips to Celtic Manor with his wife were personal, but other people were commercial trips, their company was paid.
The jury was also told about his previous record in court – that is, in 2006, a bankrupt order against him, and three examples in which he convicted crimes of fraud.
The gamblers were also told that he was in jail earlier.
On Monday afternoon, the court heard from several business suppliers who said that Mr. Kilik gave them money.
A wooden businessman said that he owed £ 11,000 until Sri Kilik’s account was closed in 2021, while a kitchen supplier said the builder owed him £ 2,000.
A worktop supplier said that he owed more than one and £ 2,000.
