A woman who was given a parking ticket was assigned an additional fine for the garbage after throwing it on the pavement.
The Cornwal Council said that a parking charge notice was stuck with her car after the woman was removed from the vehicle in the no loading zone in Falmouth.
A camera, worn by a civil enforcement officer, recorded the woman to remove the notice, threw her on the floor and abused her orally, abusing her, before she issued a fine of £ 250 for the garbage.
The council said that this is one of the three cases in which people have been fined after a littering in the dialect to reduce the problem.
Two others were given £ 250 fixed penalty notice after being caught on CCTV.
A person was a person who threw an egg custard carton from his vehicle on a country’s street in the St. Ostel region and the other a woman caught leaving a drink bottle with a car climbing in a car in Phalmouth.
In both cases the footage was shared with the council, which further interrogated and identified the individuals.
The council said that the three people paid £ 150 due to the option to repay the dustbin.
County Councilor Thalia Marrington, portfolio holder for community safety and public health, said: “Also public CCTV cameras, more and more people now have doorbells and home security cameras that occupy this type of crime.
“I urge anyone with such footage to report it so that we can check.”
