GoogleAn eight -year -old boy has been sexually harassed in his tent, holding a camp with his family in Highlands.
Police said that a person contacted the child in Loch Ness Bay CampSite in Drumnadrochit between midnight to 01:00 in the early hours of Thursday.
The suspect is described as a white person, whose age is at the age of 40 to 50 years, about 5 feet 10ins (1.78m) is tall and bald.
Comprehensive inquiry is going on, and experts are supporting the boy and his family.
DET Inspection Christopher McLod said: “A dedicated team of officials is investigating and it is important that we find out the person responsible as soon as possible.
“I would urge anyone with information to come forward. If you were within the campsite or surrounding area last evening and anything or anyone suspected, please contact us.
“The area will have an important police appearance while the investigation is on.”
